- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, erythritol or monk fruit sweetener, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
