Ingredients

Spritz Components
  • 4 oz Pomegranate Juice (100% pure) Chilled
  • 1 cup Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine Very cold
  • 2 oz Aperitif Liqueur e.g., Aperol or Select
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Club Soda or Seltzer Water To top
Garnish
  • 1 wedge Orange For rimming and garnish
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Arils (Seeds) For serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Chill all glassware beforehand (wine glasses or large copa glasses work best).
  2. Prepare the glass by rubbing the rim of each glass with an orange wedge.
  3. In each glass, combine 1 oz of Pomegranate Juice, 0.5 oz Aperitif Liqueur, and 0.25 oz of Fresh Lime Juice. Stir gently to combine the base flavors.
  4. Fill each glass generously with ice cubes.
  5. Slowly pour 1/4 cup (about 2 oz) of chilled Prosecco over the ice into each glass.
  6. Top each spritz with about 1 oz of Club Soda or seltzer water to enhance the fizz.
  7. Garnish each drink with a few fresh pomegranate arils and an orange slice or twist before serving immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of aperitif liqueur to your preference; using Aperol yields a slightly more bitter profile, while St. Germain can make it sweeter and more floral. Ensure all liquids are well-chilled for optimal effervescence.
