Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 2 tablespoons Finely Ground Coffee Used grounds work best as they are less abrasive.
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder For antioxidants.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Raw is preferable for antibacterial properties.
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt Full-fat recommended for moisture.
Optional Enhancer
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil For very dry skin types.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a small, non-metallic bowl, combine the finely ground coffee and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and honey to the dry ingredients. If using, mix in the olive oil now.
  3. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are uniformly incorporated into a thick, spreadable paste. Consistency should be slightly firmer than regular yogurt.
  4. Before bed, gently cleanse your face to remove all makeup and surface oils. Pat dry.
  5. Using clean fingers or a soft brush, apply a thick, even layer of the mask all over your face, avoiding the immediate eye area. Do not rub vigorously; apply gently.
  6. Leave the mask on overnight. It is advisable to cover your pillow with an old towel, as some material may transfer.
  7. In the morning, gently wash the mask off with lukewarm water using circular motions for a light exfoliation, then rinse clean and apply your regular moisturizer.

Notes

Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin (like behind the ear) 24 hours before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin. This mask is formulated for night use only due to the yogurt component.
