Ingredients

Fruit & Vegetable Components
  • 1 cup Strawberries Halved or sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Seedless Green Grapes Optional: Freeze for an extra cool treat
  • 1 large Cucumber Sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup Carrot Sticks
Dips & Proteins
  • 1/2 cup Hummus Plain or roasted red pepper flavor
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt For a lighter dip option
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Cubes Mild or medium sharpness
  • 4 slices Turkey Breast Rolled up
Crunch & Dippers
  • 1 cup Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Crackers Animal shapes encouraged!
  • 1 cup Mini Pita Breads Cut into triangles

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare all fresh components first: Wash and chop all fruits and vegetables as described in the ingredient notes (halve strawberries, slice cucumbers, etc.).
  2. Select a large serving board, platter, or a clean wooden cutting board. This will be the base for your arrangement.
  3. Place the dips into small, attractive serving bowls and position them strategically on the board. Fill the hummus and yogurt dips.
  4. Artistically arrange the colorful fruits and vegetables around the dips, filling in large sections of the board. Aim for color contrast between adjacent items.
  5. Add the protein elements: Place the rolled turkey slices and cheese cubes together in a separate section of the board.
  6. Fill the remaining empty spaces with the crunchy dippers (pretzels, crackers, and pita pieces). Wedge them between the larger groupings for texture and visual interest.
  7. Serve immediately at room temperature, or chill the entire board (if space allows) for up to 30 minutes before serving during very warm weather.

Notes

For extra fun, use small cookie cutters to shape cheese slices or melon pieces into stars or hearts. This board is highly adaptable—swap in mandarin segments, bell pepper strips, or snap peas depending on what is in season.
