- Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir everything thoroughly until well combined and there are no clumps of yogurt.1 cup milk, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Gently fold in about half of the blueberries into the oat mixture. If using frozen blueberries, you can add them directly; they will thaw overnight and release their juices.1/2 cup blueberries
- Stir in the pinch of cinnamon. This spice blend is key to mimicking the warm, comforting flavors of blueberry pie.pinch cinnamon
- Place the lid on your jar or container, ensuring it is tightly sealed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- In the morning, give your overnight oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more milk. Top with the remaining fresh blueberries and any other desired toppings like a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts for added crunch.Extra blueberries, granola, chopped nuts, dollop of whipped cream
