  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, divided

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized jar or airtight container, add the rolled oats and chia seeds. Stir them together to ensure they are evenly distributed.

  2. Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir everything thoroughly until well combined and there are no clumps of yogurt.

  3. Gently fold in about half of the blueberries into the oat mixture. If using frozen blueberries, you can add them directly; they will thaw overnight and release their juices.
