Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee (use your favorite store-bought or homemade cold brew concentrate)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (whole milk or half-and-half for the creamiest result)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup (store-bought or homemade vanilla simple syrup)
  • Ice Plenty of ice cubes

Method
 

  1. If you’re using cold brew concentrate, dilute it according to the package instructions or your preferred strength. If you're starting with pre-made cold brew coffee, ensure it's chilled. Pour your cold brew into a tall glass, filling it about two-thirds of the way.

  2. In a separate small bowl or a mason jar, combine the milk, heavy cream, and vanilla syrup.

  3. Whisk the ingredients together vigorously until well combined and slightly frothy. If you're using a mason jar, screw on the lid tightly and shake for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. For an even better texture, you can chill the vanilla sweet cream mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes before pouring it over your cold brew. This helps it hold its shape and creates a more distinct layer.
  5. Fill your tall glass of cold brew almost to the top with ice cubes.

  6. Gently pour the prepared vanilla sweet cream mixture over the ice and cold brew. You can pour it directly over the ice, allowing it to slowly cascade down, or use a spoon to help create a beautiful layered effect.
