- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.1 pound ground beef

- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the flavors have melded and the ingredients are tender.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop.
