- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned on both sides. - Add the chopped zucchini to the skillet, along with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
