- Stir all the ingredients together until everything is well combined. Ensure there are no clumps of peanut butter at the bottom. You want a consistent mixture throughout the jar.
- Secure the lid on your jar or container. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften, creating that signature creamy texture.
- In the morning, remove the jar from the refrigerator. Give the overnight oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, you can add an extra splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
