- Stir everything together until well combined. Make sure the chia seeds and oats are fully submerged in the liquid.
- Secure the lid on your container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid, creating a thick, pudding-like consistency.
- In the morning, give your Peaches Cream Overnight Oats a good stir. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk. Spoon into a bowl and add your favorite toppings like fresh peach slices, an extra dollop of yogurt, or a sprinkle of granola.sliced fresh peaches, a dollop of Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, shredded coconut
Notes
Your delicious Peaches Cream Overnight Oats are designed for optimal freshness when stored correctly. Keep your prepared overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3-4 days. The texture will continue to thicken as they sit, so you may want to add a splash of milk in the morning if you prefer a looser consistency. While not ideal for optimal texture as the peaches might become watery upon thawing, you can freeze overnight oats. Portion them into individual freezer-safe containers. Thaw them in the refrigerator overnight before consuming. Overnight oats are typically enjoyed cold, but if you prefer a warm breakfast, you can gently warm them in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Be careful not to overheat, as this can alter the texture.
