Ingredients

Yogurt Base
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Full fat recommended for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Milk Use almond or regular milk to thin slightly
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Granola Your favorite kind
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries Such as blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Seeds Optional garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, gently whisk the matcha powder with 1 tablespoon of cold milk until a smooth, lump-free paste (a slurry) is formed. This prevents clumping.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and maple syrup to the bowl containing the matcha slurry.
  3. Using a spatula or whisk, fold the ingredients together until the yogurt is uniformly pale green and creamy. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  4. Spoon the matcha yogurt mixture into your serving bowl, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  5. Artfully arrange the granola and fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt base.
  6. Finish by sprinkling with hemp seeds, if using. Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast between the cold yogurt and crunchy granola.

Notes

For an extra thick bowl, use frozen banana slices blended with the yogurt instead of milk. Ensure your matcha is high quality for the best flavor and color saturation.
