- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Thoroughly pat the peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels.1 pound large shrimp
- In a medium bowl, combine the dried shrimp, olive oil, and melted butter. Toss gently to ensure each shrimp is evenly coated.1 pound large shrimp, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon melted butter

- In a separate small bowl, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the seasoned shrimp to this bowl and toss gently until each shrimp is thoroughly coated with the breadcrumb mixture.1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 pound large shrimp
- Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this can lead to steaming rather than crispy results.1 pound large shrimp
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and the Panko coating is golden brown and crispy.1 pound large shrimp
- Once baked, remove the Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp from the oven. If desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, Lemon wedges
Notes
To store leftovers, allow to cool completely, place in an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes. Freezing is possible for up to 1 month, thaw and reheat as above. Microwaving is not recommended.
