- Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Dollop the prepared creamy sauce evenly over the melted cheese and tater tots. Leftover Loaded Tater Tot Appetizers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results when reheating, spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
