- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef or turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.1 pound ground beef or ground turkey

- In a large bowl, combine the salsa, refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Mix thoroughly until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. You can use a whisk or an electric mixer on low speed for extra smoothness. - Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe skillet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Notes
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the oven. Freezing is also an option for up to 2-3 months.
