- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Spoon small, compact piles of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for about 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese per chip, spreading them out slightly with the back of your spoon or your fingers to create flat, disc-like shapes. Leave about 1-2 inches between each chip, as they will spread as they melt.
- If you plan to add toppings, do so now. Lightly press small amounts of toppings onto the surface of each cheese disc before baking. Be careful not to overload them, as this can affect how well they crisp up.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and turns a beautiful golden brown around the edges.
- Once baked to perfection, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the Keto Pizza Chips cool on the baking sheet for at least 5-10 minutes. This is crucial for them to firm up and become crispy. Once cooled, gently peel them off the parchment paper and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in a low oven (300°F/150°C) for 5-10 minutes to regain crispiness.
