  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to thoroughly mix these ingredients until they form a relatively smooth, cohesive base. Ensure the cream cheese is sufficiently softened to incorporate smoothly.
