Ingredients

Dip Base & Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Full fat recommended
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
BLT Flavor Components
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup Diced Roma Tomatoes Seeds removed for less moisture
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Green Onions White and light green parts only
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
For Serving
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce Finely shredded, for topping
  • 1/4 cup Extra Bacon Crumbles For garnish
  • As needed Crackers, Pita Chips, or Baguette Slices For dipping

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a shallow 8x8 inch baking dish or equivalent oven-safe serving dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely smooth and lump-free.
  3. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the base.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it into an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top is lightly golden brown.
  5. Remove the dip from the oven. Immediately sprinkle the shredded romaine lettuce and extra bacon crumbles evenly over the hot dip. The heat will slightly wilt the lettuce, mimicking the sandwich profile.
  6. Serve the Million Dollar BLT Dip immediately while warm, alongside your preferred dippers for a truly irresistible experience.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened. Do not overbake, as the dip can become oily. This dip is best served fresh from the oven.
