  • 1 can Hormel No Beans Chili 15 ounce
  • 1 package cream cheese softened, 8 ounce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mild diced green chilies canned
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir them together until they are smooth and well incorporated.

  3. Gently fold in the Hormel No Beans Chili, drained diced green chilies, and chopped yellow onion into the cream cheese mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.

  4. Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir well to distribute the spices evenly throughout the dip.

  5. Pour the chili and cream cheese mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish or similar size works perfectly). Spread it out evenly.
  6. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend) over the top of the chili mixture, ensuring complete coverage for that classic cheesy crust.
