Ingredients

Fruit Components
  • 1 medium Honeydew melon Ripe, seeded, and cubed
  • 6 Kiwi fruits Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Green grapes Halved
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries Rinsed
Light Dressing (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup For sweetness adjustment

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare the honeydew melon by cutting it in half, scooping out the seeds, and cubing the flesh into bite-sized pieces. Place the melon cubes into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Peel the kiwi fruits using a vegetable peeler or a knife, then slice them into rounds or half-moons. Add the kiwi slices to the bowl with the honeydew.
  3. Prepare the remaining fruit: Halve the grapes and gently rinse the blueberries. Add the grapes and blueberries to the bowl.
  4. If preparing the optional light dressing, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey (or maple syrup) in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Gently pour the lime-honey dressing over the fruit mixture. Toss carefully using two large rubber spatulas to coat the fruit evenly without bruising the delicate melon or kiwi.
  6. Serve immediately in individual bowls, or cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving for extra refreshment.

Notes

For an added texture contrast, consider adding 2 tablespoons of toasted shaved almonds right before serving. This bowl is best assembled and eaten the same day for peak freshness.
