- In a medium bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper (if using). - Place the frozen, pre-cooked meatballs directly into your slow cooker.1 pound pre-cooked frozen meatballs
- Pour the prepared honey BBQ sauce mixture evenly over the meatballs, making sure to coat them as much as possible.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or on high heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
- Once cooked, stir the meatballs to ensure they are well coated in the glossy sauce. Serve hot.
