- In a medium bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Use a whisk or a fork to combine them until they are smooth and well-blended. If your cottage cheese has large curds, you can briefly pulse it in a food processor or blender beforehand for an ultra-smooth texture, though it's not strictly necessary for this recipe.1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1% or 2% fat
- Pour in the milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Whisk everything together until thoroughly incorporated. Taste the mixture at this point and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding a touch more maple syrup or honey.1/4 cup milk, unsweetened almond or dairy, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Add the vanilla protein powder and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Gently whisk or stir until the protein powder is fully blended into the wet ingredients. It's important to mix until smooth to avoid any powdery lumps.2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based), Pinch salt
- Add 1 tablespoon of rainbow sprinkles to the dip and gently fold them in with a spoon or spatula. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to see the distinct colors of the sprinkles throughout the dip.1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
- Spoon the High Protein Dunkaroo Dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle a few more rainbow sprinkles on top for an extra festive touch. For the best flavor and texture, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up. Serve with your favorite dippers, such as fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, or even pieces of cake!
