- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir well until thoroughly combined and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside. Break it apart with a spoon and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Notes
These bowls are excellent for meal prep and can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Separate cooked beef, toppings, and sauce into airtight containers. Assemble when ready to eat. Cooked beef can be frozen for up to 3 months.
