Ingredients

Primary Ingredients
  • 1 lb Broccolini Trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced (optional, for tossing after grilling)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed (optional)

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). Clean and lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the trimmed broccolini with the olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the broccolini directly onto the hot grill grates, being careful not to overcrowd the grill. If necessary, grill in batches.
  4. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until the broccolini is tender-crisp and exhibits slight char marks.
  5. Remove the broccolini from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. If using, immediately toss the hot broccolini with the minced garlic and fresh lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving. Ensure the heat is hot enough to char the stalks quickly without overcooking the florets.
