- Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl. Add the thinly sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl.1 head romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Dice the salami, ham, and pepperoni into small, uniform pieces. Add these to the salad bowl with the chopped provolone and mozzarella cheeses. - In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and olive oil until well combined and smooth. Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
