- Stir until the ingredients are well combined and the almond flour is moistened. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
- Press the almond flour mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Use the bottom of a glass or your fingers to ensure it's packed tightly.
- Place the pie plate in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, using an electric mixer on medium speed.8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Add the creamy peanut butter to the cream cheese and continue beating until thoroughly combined and smooth.1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
- In a separate medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.0.5 cup heavy whipping cream

- Gently fold about half of the whipped cream mixture into the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Then, gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until the filling is smooth and has a uniform color.
- Pour the creamy peanut butter filling into the chilled almond flour crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Smooth the top of the pie with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
- Cover the Easy Keto Peanut Butter Pie with plastic wrap or foil.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely.
