  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish ensure it's sugar-free
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce check for sugar content if concerned
Salad Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 or 85/15 recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely diced white or red onion
  • 4 slices sugar-free cheddar cheese chopped into small pieces (optional)
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until it is browned and no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease. Season the beef generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. While the beef is cooking, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.   5. Generously drizzle the homemade Big Mac sauce over the entire salad. You can add as much or as little sauce as you like, depending on your preference.
