- Once the sliders are ready, remove them from the oven. Serve immediately, with small bowls of the warm au jus on the side for dipping. Encourage everyone to dunk their sliders for the ultimate French dip experience.
Notes
To store leftover Easy French Dip Sliders, allow them to cool completely. Refrigerate the sliders in an airtight container for up to 2 days. The au jus should be stored separately in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat, it’s best to reheat the sliders and au jus separately for optimal, non-soggy results. For the sliders, place them on a baking sheet and reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-8 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is re-melted. Alternatively, you can briefly broil them again, watching carefully. Reheat the au jus in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Avoid reheating the sliders by microwaving as it can make the buns soggy.
