Notes
This Crock Pot Chicken Tortellini stores beautifully. Allow to cool completely and transfer leftovers to an airtight container. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat individual portions in a microwave-safe dish, adding a splash of chicken broth or water if the sauce seems too thick. Larger batches can be reheated on the stovetop over low heat. The dish can also be frozen, though the tortellini texture may change slightly upon thawing. Store in freezer-safe containers for up to 1-2 months and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
