- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese and the softened cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until both cheeses are completely melted and smooth. This usually takes about 1 to 1.5 minutes. - Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the large egg. Mix everything together with a spatula or your hands until a cohesive dough forms. - Place the shaped and coated bagel bites onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are puffed up, golden brown, and firm to the touch. The cheese should be melted and lightly browned.
