- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it shimmer.1 tablespoon olive oil
- While the skillet heats, toss the chicken pieces in a bowl with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
