  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it shimmer.

  2. While the skillet heats, toss the chicken pieces in a bowl with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
