- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish (an 8x8 inch or similar will work perfectly) with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir these ingredients together until they are thoroughly blended and form a smooth, creamy base for your dip.1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything until it’s well combined. - Spoon the entire mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
- Once baked, carefully remove the Crack Corn Dip from the oven. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed hot with dippers like tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
