- Ensure your chai tea concentrate is very cold or chilled for the best texture.
- Combine the chilled chai tea concentrate, milk, vanilla syrup, and sweetened condensed milk into a high-powered blender.
- Add the cup of ice cubes to the blender. Ensure the ratios are correct to achieve a thick, slushy texture.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. This usually takes 30-60 seconds.
- Pour the blended frappuccino into a tall glass.
- Top generously with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a stronger chai flavor, use a high-quality concentrate. If you don't have concentrate, use 1 cup of very strong brewed chai tea and omit the extra 1/2 cup of milk until blending.
