Ingredients

Chai Concentrate Base
  • 1/2 cup Strongly brewed chai tea concentrate Chilled
  • 1/2 cup Milk Your choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla syrup or simple syrup Adjust to taste
For Blending
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk For extra creaminess and sweetness
Toppings (Optional)
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 dash Ground cinnamon or nutmeg For garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Ensure your chai tea concentrate is very cold or chilled for the best texture.
  2. Combine the chilled chai tea concentrate, milk, vanilla syrup, and sweetened condensed milk into a high-powered blender.
  3. Add the cup of ice cubes to the blender. Ensure the ratios are correct to achieve a thick, slushy texture.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. This usually takes 30-60 seconds.
  5. Pour the blended frappuccino into a tall glass.
  6. Top generously with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger chai flavor, use a high-quality concentrate. If you don't have concentrate, use 1 cup of very strong brewed chai tea and omit the extra 1/2 cup of milk until blending.
