- In a medium bowl, add the 1 cup of full-fat cottage cheese.1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

- Pour in 1 tablespoon of milk. If you prefer a runnier consistency, you can add up to another tablespoon. - Using a spoon or a small whisk, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Stir vigorously until the peanut butter and cocoa powder are completely incorporated and the mixture is a uniform, smooth chocolatey brown color. Ensure there are no lumps of peanut butter or streaks of cocoa powder.
- If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add the remaining tablespoon of milk (or a little more, a teaspoon at a time) and mix again until you reach your desired smooth, creamy consistency.1-2 tablespoons milk

Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month, but texture may be altered.
