- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the cubed chicken pieces for about 5-7 minutes, until no longer pink in the center. If using cooked ham, simply add it to the skillet with the chicken in the last minute of cooking to warm through. - Add the cooked chicken and ham, cooked pasta, and the remaining half (4 ounces) of shredded Swiss cheese to the cream sauce mixture. - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling around the edges and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown and crispy.
