- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated. - Spread the chicken and dressing mixture evenly over the surface of the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. - Once the flatbread is out of the oven, let it cool for a minute or two. Top generously with the chopped romaine lettuce.
