- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Next, line a small loaf pan (approximately 8x4 inches) with parchment paper, ensuring it overhangs slightly on the sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and the softened cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until both cheeses are completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- Once the cheese mixture is smooth, add the two large eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until fully incorporated into the cheesy base. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth batter.2 large eggs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, pinch salt
- Pour the cheesy batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Ensure the mixture reaches all corners of the pan for an even bake.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Remove the Cheesy Carnivore Bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before carefully lifting it out using the parchment paper overhang. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
