Ingredients

Pastries & Breads
  • 6 pieces Assorted Croissants Plain, chocolate, or almond
  • 4 slices Brioche Toast Lightly toasted
Fruits & Spreads
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Halved
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes Green and red mix
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Honey For drizzling
  • 1/3 cup Jam or Fruit Preserve e.g., Apricot or Raspberry
Savory Elements
  • 4 oz Soft Cheese e.g., Brie or Goat Cheese, room temperature
  • 3 oz Cured Salami or Prosciutto Rolled or folded
  • 1/4 cup Marcona Almonds Lightly salted
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs Eggs Peeled and sliced in half

Method

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients and necessary serving ware, including a large wooden board, small ramekins, and assorted serving tongs/knives.
  2. Arrange the pastries first. Place croissants and pieces of toasted brioche strategically across the board, leaving space between different sections.
  3. Place cheeses (like brie wedges) and small piles of cured meats (prosciutto, salami) into designated areas. Use small bowls or ramekins for soft cheeses and jams.
  4. Fill in the remaining open spaces with vibrant fruits. Cluster grapes, fan out sliced kiwi, and strategically place strawberries and blueberries to add pops of color.
  5. Garnish the board by scattering the Marcona almonds and placing the halved hard-boiled eggs around the savory sections.
  6. Finish the board by lightly drizzling honey over the cheese and fruit sections just before serving. Include serving utensils for easy grazing.

Notes

For an elevated look, garnish the brie with a sprig of rosemary. This board is best assembled no more than 30 minutes before serving to ensure optimal freshness.
