Method
- If your chicken isn't already cooked, start by cooking chicken breasts until thoroughly done. You can bake, grill, or pan-fry them. Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool slightly, then shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken with the BBQ sauce. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Spoon the cottage cheese into the bottom of your serving bowl. This will form the creamy, protein-rich base of your bowl.1 cup cottage cheese
- Top the layer of cottage cheese generously with the BBQ chicken mixture. Distribute it evenly over the cheese.
