Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the bite-sized chicken pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.

  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding the basket, as this can lead to uneven cooking. You may need to cook the chicken in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward to create a secure pocket, then roll it up from the bottom. Place the assembled wraps back into the air fryer basket, seam-side down.
