Description

A vibrant and detoxifying juice made from antioxidant-rich purple produce like cabbage, beetroot, and berries, with a zesty kick of ginger and lemon—perfect for digestion and weight-loss support.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup purple cabbage, chopped (about 23 leaves)
  • ½ medium beetroot, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries or black grapes
  • 1 small apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 cups water (or coconut water)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop cabbage, beetroot, apple, and ginger into blender or juicer-friendly pieces.
  3. Blender Method: Blend all ingredients with water until smooth. Strain for a clearer juice.
  4. Juicer Method: Juice each ingredient, alternating textures to maximize output.
  5. Stir in fresh lemon juice and sweeten with honey if desired.
  6. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint or lemon slice, and enjoy fresh.

Notes
