Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½–1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 8–12 ounces filtered water (room temperature or cold)
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, and ½ teaspoon honey or stevia
Instructions
- In a large glass, pour in the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
- Top with filtered water, stirring until the mixture looks uniform.
- Sprinkle in chia seeds, then stir thoroughly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Shred fresh ginger directly into the drink, stirring to distribute evenly.
- Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, or sweeten with honey/stevia. Stir and enjoy before meals.
Notes
Adjust to taste by varying the ginger or vinegar. Best consumed within 48 hours if refrigerated. Try freezing into cubes for a quick refresher.
