This Natural Antibiotic Recipe is a powerful, homemade remedy featuring garlic, turmeric, and honey for immune support and wellness.


Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic (1012 cloves), peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh turmeric, grated (or 1½ tsp turmeric powder)
  • 1 small thumb‑sized piece fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ cup raw honey (preferably local or wildflower)
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • ½ lemon, juiced (optional for brightness)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sterilize a 16 oz mason jar and lid with hot soapy water or by simmering in boiling water.
  2. Peel and crush garlic cloves. Grate fresh turmeric and ginger.
  3. Layer garlic, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne in the jar.
  4. Pour in honey to coat the roots, then add apple cider vinegar to submerge solids.
  5. Add lemon juice (if using) and black pepper. Seal the jar and shake to mix.
  6. Label with the date and store in a cool, dark place for 10–14 days, shaking daily.
  7. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar and refrigerate.
  8. Take 1 tablespoon daily for prevention or up to 3 tablespoons per day if ill. Use in tea, soups, or straight.

Notes

Always use raw, unpasteurized honey and vinegar with ‘the mother’ for best health benefits.
