  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pudding mix (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch (or similar sized) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together the thawed Cool Whip and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Gradually sprinkle the dry instant pudding mix over the Cool Whip and condensed milk mixture. Continue to gently fold until fully incorporated and no dry streaks remain.
  4. Pour the creamy candy mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until thoroughly chilled and firm.
  6. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the candy out. Place it on a cutting board, remove paper, and cut into desired shapes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure Cool Whip is thawed but still chilled. Use instant pudding mix, not cook-and-serve. For clean cuts, warm your knife before each slice. Chill overnight for best results.
