These little frozen wonders are yogurt transformed into bite-sized clusters. Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries, sweetened with honey, and coated with a drizzle of rich dark chocolate – frozen to perfection for a refreshing crunch!

- 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (rinsed, hulled, diced)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Fold in diced strawberries gently.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt clusters.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Transfer clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Notes
Best enjoyed within one month. Use fresh, dry strawberries to avoid excess moisture in the clusters.
