Description

These little frozen wonders are yogurt transformed into bite-sized clusters. Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries, sweetened with honey, and coated with a drizzle of rich dark chocolate – frozen to perfection for a refreshing crunch!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (rinsed, hulled, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Fold in diced strawberries gently.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt clusters.
  7. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
  8. Transfer clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Notes

Best enjoyed within one month. Use fresh, dry strawberries to avoid excess moisture in the clusters.
