- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
- Whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overwhip.
- Spoon or pipe the Chantilly cream into serving glasses.
- Top with fresh berries, nuts, and chocolate shavings as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Notes
Use cold cream for best whipping results. Adjust sugar to taste depending on sweetness of berries.
