Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of water or milk into a tall glass.
- Add ½ teaspoon of Persian blue salt and stir until dissolved.
- Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional).
- Add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
Notes
Start with a smaller amount of salt and increase as needed. Warm water helps release minerals more effectively. Store leftovers up to 24 hours in the fridge or freeze the concentrate into ice cubes for quick use.
