- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, black pepper, and salt.
- Gently fold in cooked egg noodles until well coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Great for weeknight dinners or potlucks. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or canned chicken for convenience.
