Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (10.2 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: chopped onions, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Let cool slightly.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill each circle with 2 tbsp of seasoned beef and 1–2 tbsp of cheese. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Seal the edges to form a ball, making sure no gaps remain.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place taco bombs in the basket with space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the dough and ensure edges are tightly sealed. Try different cheeses or toppings like cream cheese for variety. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
